Your Questions, Answered
Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about visiting Vortex VR. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact us!
Do I need any prior gaming experience?
Absolutely not! Vortex VR is for everyone. We have a huge selection of games and experiences, from simple introductory ones to complex strategies. Our friendly instructors will help you choose something that's right for you and explain how to get started.
Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend booking your session in advance, especially on weekends and holidays, to guarantee a spot. However, we also welcome walk-in guests, and we'll do our best to accommodate you if there are available stations.
What should I wear? Can I play with glasses?
We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear that don't restrict your movement. As for glasses, most modern VR headsets are designed to be worn over them. Our staff will help you adjust the headset for maximum comfort.
Are there any age or health restrictions?
The minimum recommended age for most VR experiences is 8 years old. We advise against VR for individuals with severe heart conditions, epilepsy, or a tendency for motion sickness. If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, please consult with a doctor before your visit.
Can I play with my friends?
Of course! VR is even more fun with friends. We have many multiplayer games where you can play together as a team or compete against each other. You can book several VR stations next to each other for a shared experience.
What kind of games do you have?
Our library is vast and diverse! We have everything: action-packed shooters, epic adventures, mind-bending puzzles, sports simulators, creative applications, and relaxing experiences. We are constantly updating our collection with the latest and greatest VR titles. You can see a part of our library on the "Portfolio" page.
Is it safe? What about motion sickness?
Your safety is our priority. Our play areas are spacious and designed for safe movement. An instructor is always present to assist you. We use high-end equipment with high refresh rates, which significantly reduces the likelihood of motion sickness. If you start to feel unwell, just let our staff know, and they will help you immediately.
