Brioflair Bakery began with a single deck oven and a small team of obsessed bakers in Grey Lynn. We now serve Auckland with morning loaves, flaky pastry, and a seasonal brunch menu that honors local farmers and coastal flavors.
Every batch is naturally fermented for depth and digestibility. We hand-laminate our croissants, slow-roast fruit for tarts, and use grass-fed dairy from regional farms. Our counter is stocked daily, but our favorite way to serve you is through custom bread boxes and preorders for offices, weddings, and weekend gatherings.
